Venue tours will kick off during this phase, continuing into Phase 2. In addition, you'll be creating your guest list, gathering contact details, and assembling your wedding party... handpicking the special individuals who will stand beside you on your big day.

Initial Design
In this beautiful phase of planning, we'll delve into the inspiration photos that have touched your heart. It's where the memories of pinning on Pinterest boards and playing "wedding" as a child will truly shine.
We'll explore how to turn those dreams into a tangible reality by carefully selecting and securing the team of vendors who will bring your vision to life. They're the magicians behind the scenes, beginning with the perfect venue, followed by the photographer who will skillfully capture every detail and moment, the florist, the rental providers for furniture and lighting, the DJ who will set the mood, and the culinary artists who will tantalize your taste buds with cake and catering delights. We'll indulge in the joy of cake and catering tastings, savoring each moment as we make decisions that will shape your special day.
Phase 3
Final Design
This phase marks the final stages of design and styling, where every detail starts to truly take shape. Here, we'll complete bookings with all vendors, solidifying decor plans to match your unique style. As we prepare, we'll begin the fun and creative process of crafting decoration, celebrating with close ones at bridal showers and bachelor/bachelorette parties, and deciding on attire for your bridesmaids and groomsmen. Amidst the excitement, we'll also take time for hair and makeup trials, ensuring everything aligns seamlessly with your vision.
Phase 4
Logistics
During this phase, the anticipation grows as RSVPs begin to arrive. We'll meet a little more often to discuss crucial details like table arrangements, seating charts, and personalized touches you want to include throughout the day. If you're handcrafting your decorations, this is when your creativity will shine. Together, we'll walk through the venue one final time, ensuring every detail aligns perfectly with your vision. While there may be moments of quiet anticipation, behind-the-scenes work will be in full swing, bringing your dreams to life.

The end... but the beginning!
In the final stretch, we enter the Execution Phase! During this crucial time, we'll maintain close communication with your vendors, ensuring every detail is confirmed. We'll oversee your ceremony rehearsal and ensure that you, your loved ones, and friends have an unforgettable celebration. Our aim is to craft a day filled with joy, where you can fully immerse yourself in each moment, celebrate with your spouse, and experience your dreams coming true.
